Terms of Service
- You can use any of our Bots on unlimited
number of Accounts and on unlimited computers, you own. No per PC
license!
- You agree that all promotions will be fully compliant with
federal and state laws, including US federal and state laws
regarding network abuse, unsolicited messaging, and FTC
Advertising Rules and
Disclosure Rules.
- Since you have our buttons logo's on your site you may not
promote any porn or gambling sites with our service.
- The pending commissions will be paid in the next month, the
commissions are earned. For e.g. if you earn $500 commissions in
June, it will be paid of in July.
- You agree not to SPAM any URL that have our links or to sites
with our buttons even using a redirect link. You agree to never to
email to anyone in a broadcast unless they are double optin and
IP, Name, and Date and Time stamp have been recorded and can be
produced. You understand that if you disregard this we may
terminate your account without warning. We will do our best to
work with you but if our host or backbone server asks us to remove
any member for SPAM it will be done if we agree with the
complaint.
- If you found violating any of our TOS, your commission will be
marked as unqualified.
- You will not try to purchase the product from your own affiliate
link to low down the price of the product.
- You will not qualify for commissions incase of any sort of
charge-backs. If the commissions have been processed, you should
refund it to us within 5 days of a chargeback.
- Terms of Service can be updated/changed without any prior
notice.
